Since September 2010, Bel Piatto nan presents a special dish. The restaurant is located on the lobby level, The Akmani hotel is packaged in a campaign themed 'Lively Nusantara'. A campaign a la carte menu is offered specifically to satisfy the tastes of Indonesian cuisine lovers.
There are some typical Indonesian cuisine as prepared by Chef Eka Setia Nugraha Bel Piatto as Sous Chef. Some dishes are a few of them are typical Manado Tuturaga Chicken Fried Duck with Chilli Ijo gagrak Bali. Then there were other country specialties like Fish Head Soup, Fried Gurame Fan, Tongseng Goat, and Rice Lead.
