Vegetable Recipes: Vegetable tasty bamboo shoots

Method:

    
* Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant.
    
* Enter the chilli, bay and ginger. Stir until blended.
    
* Add the shrimp, stir well.
    
* Pour the thin coconut milk, bring to a boil.
    
* Enter the bamboo shoots and long beans, bring to a boil again.
    
* Add the thick coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
    
* Remove and serve warm.
