Steak Mak Nyuss for Breaking with Special Guest

During this Ramadan, I was flooded with questions. Yummy iftar where? There was a low budget, but there is also an unlimited budget. For a low budget, I already gave some examples. Now turn the "mihil". In Bandung, too!
Who does not know The Valley - an establishment that has long had a name in Bandung? In addition to the resort hotel, The Valley also had two favorite restaurants in Bandung upscale residents and visitors from out of town. One is Bistro Cafe - serving European and Indonesian dishes. Still another is the rooftop Suki Garden - serving Japanese cuisine. Both this restaurant overlooking the beautiful city of Bandung somewhere down there.
We visit the Bistro Cafe him first! When visiting there a few days ago, turns out a lot of Malaysian tourists who waited while breaking the fast there. Apparently, among Malaysian tourists who are now more and more visit to Bandung, The Valley already has a good name.
Appetizers his dibandrol between USD 27-77 thousand (all prices not including taxes), with options such as: spring rolls, Dory Fritters, Crepes, sashimi, and others. Soups and salads priced USD $ 27-42, with choices such as: marinas Caesarean salad, chicken Waldorf salad, anchovies salad, tom yum Goong, crab soup, asparagus, creme de poullet, and escargot shiru miso.
Main course was still presented in a classic. That is, do not wear a versatile style of nouvelle cuisine small and artistically arranged. Style and the portion of The Valley is a great all-American model. Even one large plate.

I ordered Veal Rib Barbeque (USD 345 thousand). That my message is the medium-rare - due to the alias veal calf is a suitable level of maturity - but that came medium-well, with herb butter melting on top. No problem, because it remains soft and mak nyuss! There are three choices of sauces: barbecue, Pattaya, and black pepper.
Side dish was also special. There are two shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and asparagus wrapped in roast beef, cheese potatoes, and potato Barney. The latter seems to be the signature of The Valley. Made from mashed potato, formed round, wrapped with sliced almonds, then baked. Really impressive.
Main course choices are: Wagyu Hotstone (USD 495 thousand), French Lamb Rack (USD 295 thousand), Roast Beef (USD 495 thousand), Cupacabras (large shrimp combo and Wagyu ribeye, USD 595), Black Angus Tenderloin (USD 595 thousand ), Rib Bulkalbi (USD 245 thousand), Lobster (USD 595 thousand, imports from Canada), Salmon Steak (USD 137 thousand), and many more.
When you need a portion of a rather mild, there are a variety of menu choices such as oriental: Singapore Claypot Rice or Soup bunt (USD 62 thousand). There are also a variety of pasta and risotto (USD 57-67 thousand), or a set of Japanese cuisine (USD 137-147 thousand). It's expensive, but satisfying. Every now and then to please his wife or partner specific business, should not it? (Bondan Winarno)
