Crispy fried fish is dried savory taste delicious. Moreover anointed with perfumed curry spice, spicy flavor. Of course the most delicious eaten with warm rice!
Material:500 g (4 tail), fish filled, siangiSpices, puree:1 clove garlic½ cm turmeric½ tsp coriander1 teaspoon saltTopping:1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 onions, thinly sliced1 clove garlic, thinly sliced1 green chili pieces, sliced thin1 hot pepper, thinly sliced1 tbsp curry spices, ready to use1sdm andaliman, crushed200 ml water
Method:
* Slice-slice both sides of the fish body.
* Marinate with seasoning and let stand for 30 minutes.
* Fry in hot oil until crispy and lots. Drain.
* Topping: Stir-fry onion and garlic until wilted.
* Add the other ingredients, mix well.
* Pour the water, bring to a boil. Lift.
* Sprinkle the fish with a topping. Serve immediately.
